7 Days Return and Exchange Policy

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, non damage, and in its original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Please note that certain items, such as personalized or customized products, perishable goods, and items designated as final sale or clearance, are exempt from our return policy.

3. Damage/Missing Item Claim:

  • In the event of receiving a damaged or missing item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • To expedite the resolution process, we require a parcel unboxing video, along with a video of the damaged or missing item.
  • Please be aware that items damaged due to customer mishandling or rough usage are not eligible for return or exchange.

4. Refund Time Frame:

  • Upon inspection and approval of your return item by our team, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.
  • You will be informed via WhatsApp once the refund has been initiated.

Exchanges Process at Canny Buys Store:

If you wish to exchange your item due to reasons such as breakage, missing parts, wrong size, or color discrepancy, please follow the steps outlined below

1. File Your Complaint Within 24 Hours for Damage/Missing/Broken Items:

For broken, damaged, or missing items, please file your complaint within 24 hours of receiving the product, as per the standard operating procedures (SOPs) mentioned in our return/exchange policy.

2. Exchange Procedure:

  • At Canny Buys, exchanges are free of charge.
  • We will arrange for the pickup of the package and dispatch a courier to your location for the exchange.
  • The courier will contact you prior to reaching your address.
  • Simply ensure that the package is ready for pickup by our courier team in exchange for the item.

Return Process at Canny Buys Store:

To ensure a smooth return experience, please follow the steps outlined below:. 

1. Eligibility Criteria:

  • Your item must be in the same condition as received, completely unused, non-broken/damaged with all tags, and in its original packaging. 
  • Please note that if your return is approved but parcel returned has missing accessories/items/packaging, the respective amount will be deducted from your refund.

 2. How to Return Item:

  • Ship the parcel back to our Official Address that is shared by our customer care team while discussing the return. (parcel shipping will be borne by customer):
  • Please mention your name, receiver’s name, and order ID on the parcel for reference.
  • Share the item tracking and courier company name with our customer care team via whatsapp.
  • If your return application is approved after inspection, you will receive a refund. 

3. Return Refunds:

  • Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund status.
  • If approved, you will receive a FULL REFUND or Partial Refund if you availed FREE DELIVERY (total COD amount – delivery amount( 250 or respective delivery charges applied)) within 10 business days.
  • Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

4. Rejection Notification:

  • If your return request is rejected by our quality check department, we will call you to explain the issue.
  • The arrangement and cost of re-delivery will be borne by you.
